This one was solved in v3.2 development already. You can either upgrade to the pre-release or wait for the formal release.

It still not working.nAlso, in IE 11, the dropbox doesn't work, I mean the mouse pointer can't select any options, but can do the selection by scroll down the mouse. But in Firefox, the selction is OK. But in both case, the status remains, with no change.

This commit - https://github.com/web2project/web2project/commit/3edb12fcff4bb9e10281ae65bd33d206f1f0e81a - specifically the portion in main_functions.php should be what you're looking for.
