I have downloaded and installed 3.1 this week. I see that there are 259 commits since that version. I have downloaded the zip and copied those files into the web directory. Adding a new user is blank now and I am wondering if I broke it.

yes, that is right within one version.. i think someone else reported the same error.

Awesome, The screen shows up and I can fill out the users credentials but... Sorry to say, I hit the save button and it does nothing.

I am looking at the code and it seems that in the updated addedit, it just has the button to show.
