The new bootstrap theme looks really nice overall, and moving the user and system administration to links at the bottom is great, but many of the menus have really strange spacing and some of the checkboxes are also missplaced. I am using 3.10pre btw.

Yes, consider it a beta.. I built the theme to make sure it all worked but I don't have the css skills to handle those little tweeks. Pull requests accepted. :)

I just opened an issue on github about this, will try to fix it and push the result in the next few weeks :)

By the way, I just merged most of those changes back to the main branch available here: https://github.com/web2project/style-bootstrap

I'm not 100% happy with all the spacing on some of the subscreens but it's a step in the right direction.
