I upload all files sucessful in my website, but when I try to go at the installing process appear the next message: Fatal Error. You haven't created a config file yet.after the site carry me at antoher page where it says Is not available to process your requirement. I think that may be is a problem with index.php, what can I do?

did you create a database first? That is not done by the installer

Yes, the database was created First, but the problema is before to configure it. When I try to access at configuration process the server say that I didn't have create the configure file.

W2P will create the contents of a config file during the install process. If it has issues creating the actual file, you can create it manually and use the contents as displayed on the install screen.\nFolder/ file permissions can be important. Cheers, Sasquatch
