Suppose \"Administrator\" creates two new user say \"User1\" under company name \"Company1\", similarly \"User2\" under company name \"Company2\". The both users should have the ability to create their own users. Suppose \"User1\" creates sub-users say \"u1\",\"u2\",\"u2\".Similarly, \"User2\" can create their own users say \"v1\",\"v2\",\"v3\". But \"User1\" sees all the users and sub-users created by any user. Say, \"User1\" sees \"User2\" as well as sub-users created by him as well as \"Users2\". I do not want this to happen as my requirement is \"User1\" should be limit with their users only. Say, \"User1\" should have the facility to view, add, edit, delete \"u1\",\"u2\",\"u3\". \"User1\" should not be able to see the users \"v1\",\"v2\",\"v3\" created by \"User2\". I have achieved to know this system could allow users to create sub-users with permission>>>\nAdmin Modules(Allow) - System Administrator (Deny) = User Admin. The above formula give a user to create user, being not as an administrator. Till much is good. But do this system allow this functionality that the sub-users created by user is only accessible to that user only, who is creating the sub-user. Please guide us. We would be grateful if we find any help from your end. Sandip

Just a suggestion: - Deny them both all access to \"Companies\" in the \"Role\" - Give each one full access to his/her company ONLY in the \"Permissions\" tab of the user. - Attach the new users and/or contacts to the appropriate company. Users and contacts NOT attached to a company, are visible to all... The same stands for files etc. Not sure if it will work, try it and let us know.

Hello Themoulos, I am really grateful from your answer too some extent. But when "User1" creates sub-user u1, u2, u3 under company name "Company1", they could not see the projects created under "Company1". But if "User1" logged in, he sees u1, u2, u3 under company name "Company1". But when u1 or u2 or u3 logged in they can't see the company "Company1". In company section they sees blank. Please help!

As I have added denial to "User1" for "Company" in role and permitted specific company for "User1" leads to disappearance of "Company" module from permission tab while "User1" was going to add sub-user "u1". So "u1" is not getting any company specific permission. Please help.

The fact that u1 cannot see the companies, does not mean, he cannot see the companies list in adding users. He should be able to see only Company1. Send me an email.

Suppose "Super User" creates "User1" under "Company1" and choose the access permission- "Deny" for companies in Role. Then, "Super User" gave one full access to his/her company ONLY in the "Permissions" tab of the user,"User1". Now, "User1" logged in using proper credential and creates a project, and in it several tasks. Then "User1" creates a user say "u1" and choose "Company1" during creation. But still "u1" sees all companies projects. How can "User1" set permission to "u1", so that after logged in, "u1" sees only projects created by "User1" only.
