Tasks that are part of a project that has been put on hold, should not show up on a users ToDo list. This is only a suggestion. There really is no point in categorizing the projects if all the tasks that are on the \"non-active\" projects are still going to show up in the user todo list is there?\nIf I have a project in \"planning\", I do not necessarily want people to see the tasks being planned for a project that is not active.

As is usual I have found the problem. In the edit project area, there is a radio button for active or inactive. By checking this radio button your tasks are turned on and off in your task list. As with most things I post, I find if I look hard enough, I find the answer to things.
