I have just upgraded to 3.3 & have this problem again (had it when I tried upgrading to 3.2). My user preferences are set to \"All Events\" but my default view is \"my Events\" instead. We're having some other problems too, with events not showing up in the current week. Tasks show, but not events. I did convert from dotProject, years ago, and I didn't run the database line in the install instructions. Could that be the cause of this and do I have to re-install to run that command during the install process?

What do you mean that you didn't run the database line in the install?

From the instructions for upgrading an existing install: > Warning: If you converted fromn> dotProject before the web2project v2.3n> release, you will likely have to runn> this database update beforen> proceeding: ALTER TABLE projects ADDn> project_actual_end_date datetimen> default NULL;

We are also having problems with not being able to see some events, I think I can't create events if they are during the current week (can't remember for sure), I tried to make a repeating event and the end date changes to the day before the start date so that doesn't work, and I tried editing a task log and was told I don't have permission, even though I'm an admin. So what I tried to do was go back to the virtualbox I was using a few weeks ago before we upgraded w2p. After restoring my current database to that vb I get an error in w2p saying there is a missing file and that the events module might be missing. Indeed there is no events module, but it's the same install I was using before so there should be no change. There is also no events module showing in this new version but I'm not getting that error. I'm assuming this new version has changed something in the database which is causing this. Sorry so long winded but I'd really like to either get this new version right or get back to my old version that worked. What can I do?

Can you drop me an email describing this one - keith @ caseysoftware.com - and how you got there? I'm not sure I understand exactly. Thanks!
