I have experienced these issues. 1. How do I delete/archive users? 2. File download issues. It throws a 'File handle error' Kindly help.

To archive users, simply remove all of their roles. If they don't own any tasks, companies, projects, etc, you will be able to delete them too.

It'S still not possible to delete old users.\nAlso after removing roles, departments, companies from him at the user management page.\nThe switched to inactive users, but it'S not possible to delete them. I think, it's just not possible with old users. I think a couple of days ago i created a new user, just for testing. And i don't give him any roles or something.\nI was able to delete him after taking his roles. best regards,\nOliver

Yes, once they own anything or have task assignments or anything along those lines, you can't delete them. It protects the integrity of your data and reporting.
